The Vajra Dance of Space (12 As) is a symbolic dance of total integration beyond beginning or end, a dance of ultimate bliss in the recognition of our real potentiality as well as the interdependence of inner and outer reality and its illusory nature.
In all Vajra Dances, by moving with the body, singing mantras with the voice, and entering into a state of contemplation with the mind, the three main aspects of our existence are balanced and we can find serenity and deep relaxation.
