Chöd Practice with Naomi Zeitz

Naomi will be leading the standard or concise Chöd practice as used in the Dzogchen Community.

Open to people who have received transmission or those who sincerely intend to receive transmission in the near future*

Practitioners are encouraged to prepare for practices by reading and/or listening to the following materials:

  A long and exhaustive explanation on the meaning of Chod and on the way of doing the practice followed by the text of the practice. Compilation of teachings transmitted from 1976 to 1991.
• Practice of Chöd DVD: In this DVD, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu performs the practice of Chöd with damaru and bell
  The practice is performed in three different versions: 1) The Chöd of Khandro Kejang (The Loud Laugh of the Dakinis) from the Longchen Nyingthig. 2) The Chöd with Ganapuja (Chod Tsog). 3) The standard or concise Chöd practice as used in the Dzogchen Community.

  This DVD is a non-profit project that originated with the intent to present the first ever integral account of the ritual pilgrimage of the Chöd to a wider audience.
