Yantra Yoga for SMS breathing

Lead by Paula Barry, Second Level Yantra Yoga instructor.
Open to all who have had transmission.
This will be an ongoing Monday Class - Please see the TE Weekly Schedule.
We will continue to learn and practice The Khumbaka hold and other of the Pranayama exercises of Yantra Yoga. We will do some basic movements of Yantra Yoga in order to better facilitate the understanding of the holds.
It would be best to come sequentially, though dropping in is always fine as well.
