Vajra Dance Course of 3 Vajras (Special Version) for beginner and advanced led by Leela Whitcomb-Hewitt.
Saturday, Mar 16:
10am-noon- Instruction on basic steps and arm movements.
2pm-4pm- Instruction on Special entrances and exits and a dance of the special version.
Sunday, Mar 17:
10am-noon- Review of steps and arms.
2pm-4pm- Dance the special version at least once.
All basic steps and arm movements of the dance will be explained.
As well, the special entrances and exits from outer and inner mandala will be explained.
Everyone is welcome! POWERFUL WITH A FULL MANDALA! Come and ENJOY the Special Version.
