This course will answer questions on movement and timing; guide practice to harmonize energy; and, focus on integrating the three existences of body, voice, and mind in the knowledge of the state of contemplation. Those who attend should already have some knowledge of the steps of the dance, as they will not be covered in full during this course.

Bring plenty of drinking water and bug spray. Plan on arriving 15 minutes early due to the walk to the Mandala Hall

The Dance of the Song of the Vajra and the Pranayama practices of Yantra Yoga require transmission and membership.
Cost For All Members: $100 for Full Session or $50/day *
