“Conduct, Realization & Conclusion”
Session V of "Demystifying Santi Maha Sangha"
In this final session, we'll complete our study of The Precious Vase, focusing on Behavior (including Chöd) and Realization of the Fruit. Our Sunday retreat will cover the three practices of the Seventh Lojong.
This course is taught by SMS Base Instructor, Lynn Newdome, and all students of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu are welcome to join in.
Classes will be held at Tsegyalgar East in Conway and recorded for remote participation.
Participants are encouraged to take advantage of the June 25-26 Pranayama class, which will provide valuable foundations for the 7th Lojong practices."

Mon., June 20 - 7:30pm-9:30pm (following 4:30pm Yantra Yoga & 6pm Ganapua)- Class 1: The Way to Apply Behaviour (part 1)
Mon., June 27 - 7:00pm-9:00pm - Class 2: Behavior (part 2): Chod; Realization of the Fruit
Mon., July 4th - 7:30pm (Schoolhouse Gonpa) - Class 3: Conclusion of the Base
Sun, July 24th- 10am-5pm - Class 4-5: Practicing the 7th Lojong
