All Seven Fundamental Semdzins will be explained, followed by a guided practice and discussion!
This class is taught by SMS Base Instructor, Lynn Newdome, and all students of Chögyal Namkhai Norbu are welcome to join in.
Time/Location:
Arrive 9:30am for setup
10am-5pm (may run later); morning at Schoolhouse Gonpa, Afternoon at Khandroling.
Bring your lunch and snacks to share (no significant lunch break). Let us know if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle and can take some participants up to the Vajra Hall.
Semdzin practices aim to bring one's mind into its natural state, to separate body and mind, and to discover the ultimate nature of existence. This event will introduce the practices of the Seven Fundamental Semdzins. Together, we'll explore and do short sessions of each.
