Session II of “Demystifying Santi Maha Sangha: The Base in (about) 30 Easy Lessons”

This course, a continuation of “Demystifying Santi Maha Sangha.” Classes will foster an understanding of taking refuge and cultivating bodhicitta, including the 6 Paramitas of the Bodhisattva path. Also included will be group practices from the Four Immeasurables, Exchanging Self with Others, and Observing the Lack of Existence in Self &/or Phenomena. Taught by SMS Base Instructor, Lynn Newdome.
4 Mondays (Nov. 23 & 30, Dec. 7 & 14) from 7:00-9:00pm and Sunday, Dec. 13 from 9:30am-5:00pm.
*Recommended that participants have taken Session I of “Demystifying” as a foundation for this material. Purchase MP3 recordings from Session IBodhisattva Practices
