We cannot escape our emotions. They are part of us, and therefore they hold a crucial place in our spiritual practice. Are emotions poison or medicine, are they positive or negative?
Combining practice sessions with discussion, we will explore how to understand and deal with our emotions from the perspective of Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen. Through our emotions we can ultimately discover both our limitations as well as a doorway to our natural state.
