This course will answer questions on movement and timing; guide practice to harmonize energy; and, focus on integrating the three existences of body, voice, and mind in the knowledge of the state of contemplation.

October 13 (Sunday) 10am - 12:30pm & 3:30pm - 6pm
October 14 (Monday) 10am - Noon & 2pm - 4pm
