In this course we will deepen our knowledge and practice of the Preliminary Practices of Loosening the Joints or Tsigjong and the Eight Yantras for Purifying the Prana or Lungsang. We will review and deepen our experience of Tsadul for massaging the channels with its corresponding Pranayama. If there is time and interest, we will explore the Yantras of the 5 Series with their Pranayamas. All the movements will be taught with a sensitivity to the participants limitations and modifications will be offered. We will carefully go over all the preliminaries of Yantra Yoga, building a solid foundation and deepening the practice.
